بماذا يوحي إلينا الحزب التقدمي الاشتراكي؟ بأن الاشتراكية اللبنانية، على مستوى اقتصاد أمة ودون التمييز بين الطبقات، هي وحدها القادرة على حل مشكلة النزاعات بين الجماعات والطبقات. أهم مبادئ الحزب: تحقيق العدالة الإنسانية الفعلية؛ التعاون الوثيق مع الدول العربية التي تحترم مبادئه؛ علمنة الدولة واحترام حرية المعتقد في كافة المناطق.
الملكية الجماعية والتأميم: تأميم كافة المؤسسات ذات الطابع الاجتماعي أو ذات الأهمية الخاصة للاقتصاد الوطني؛ اعتماد نظام الاقتصاد الموجّه؛ أن يكون العامل شريكًا لمدير المصنع وينال نسبة من الأرباح الصافية؛ إصلاح النظام الضريبي برمّته.
يطمح الحزب التقدمي الاشتراكي إلى بناء المجتمع الإنساني على أساس الديمقراطية الحقة، الذي تسوده العدالة والحرية وتؤمّن فيه حقوق الإنسان كما نصت عليها شرعة حقوق الإنسان الصادرة عن الأمم المتحدة. How to cite this document
