من أجـل ذلـــك:
· يتبنى الحزب الاختبار الإنساني التقدمي الكامل في حقول العلم والاجتماع والاقتصاد والسياسة، ومن ضمنها مبادىء الإشتراكية العالمية وبعض مستلزماتها العملية، في توزيع وسائل الملكية والإنتاج وفي إستثمارها بما يتفق مع مقتضيات الزمن وتطور الجماعة وحاجات كل البلد.
[…] إن قيام مثل هذا الاتحاد الديمقراطي الفدرالي اللامركزي العربي يوجب الالتزام بالمبادىء والمناهج التالية:
ب ــ فصل الدين عن الدولة فصلاً واعتبار العلمانية أسّاً جوهرياً في قيام المجتمع العربي المقبل، وفي تكوين الدولة وأنظمتها. فلا عصبية دينية ولا طائفية سياسية ولا تمييز ولا تفرقة.
ج ــ إشراك الأقليات الأثنية على أوسع نطاق ممكن دون اعتبار عددها في الإدارة السياسية والاقتصادية.
هـ ــ يعتبر الكفاح الشعبي في سبيل تحرير فلسطين من الصهيونية حافزاً رئيسياً لحركة التجمع العربي النازع إلى الوحدة. ويرى الحزب أن قيام الاتحاد العربي العلماني الديمقراطي اللامركزي يشكل نطاق ضمان للتعايش اليهودي داخل الكيان الفلسطيني الديمقراطي.
