ثوابت الوفد: الإسلام دين الدولة ومبادئ الشريعه الإسلاميه هي المصدر الرئيسي للتشريع ولأصحاب الديانات السماويه الأخرى حق الإحتكام إلى شرائعهم في أحوالهم الشخصيه. المواطنه هي أساس الحقوق والواجبات. نرفض العلمانية التي تفصل بين الدين والدوله ونرفض الدولة الثيوقراطية التي تسمح بسيطرة رجال الدين على الحكم. الديمقراطية القائمة على أسس التعدد الحزبيه والفكريه واحترام حقوق الإنسان والحريات العامه وتداول السلطة بإنتخابات حرة ونزيهة تحت إشراف قضائى كامل، الديمقراطيه التي تحميها سيادة القانون والقضاء المستقل والصحافة الحرة والإعلام المستقل. العدالة الإجتماعية القائمة على حسن توزيع الدخل وتقريب الفوارق بين الطبقات. الدور الإقليمى الرائد لمصر في محيطها العربي والإسلامي والأفريقي. الإقتصاد: يتبنى الوفد التنميه الشامله والإعتماد على نظام الاقتصاد الحر والذي يعطي للقطاع الخاص النصيب الأكبر.
