Article 23. Le Front de libération nationale est le parti unique d'avant-garde en Algérie. Article 24. Le Front de libération nationale définit la politique de la Nation et inspire l'action de l'État. Il contrôle l'action de l'Assemblée nationale et du Gouvernement. Article 25. Le Front de libération nationale reflète les aspirations profondes des masses. Il les éduque et les encadre ; il les guide pour la réalisation de leurs aspirations. Article 26. Le Front de libération nationale réalise les objectifs de la révolution démocratique et populaire et édifie le socialisme en Algérie.

Article 23. "The National Liberation Front is the single vanguard party in Algeria."
Article 24. "The National Liberation Front defines the policy of the Nation and inspires the action of the State. It controls the action of the National Assembly and of the Government."
Article 25. "The National Liberation Front reflects the deep aspirations of the masses. It educates and frames them; it guides them toward the realization of their aspirations."
Article 26. "The National Liberation Front realizes the objectives of the democratic and popular revolution and builds socialism in Algeria."
