Content
In Jordan's general election held on 10 September 2024, the Islamic Action Front, the political arm of the Jordanian Muslim Brotherhood, won 31 of the 138 seats in the House of Representatives, more than any other party. It was the party's strongest result since 1989, with observers linking the gains to its stance on the war in Gaza. Turnout was about 32 percent, and the IAF remained well short of a parliamentary majority. How to cite this document
