Colombia
Famoso por ser el español 'más claro' o 'más neutral' — un mito útil con base parcial.
Pronunciation
The 'paisa' accent (Medellín / Antioquia) and bogotano speech are often cited as 'clear' because final 's' is preserved, vowels are crisp, and rhythm is steady. But coastal Colombian Spanish (Caribbean coast) is fast and aspirated — closer to Cuban than to Bogotá. So 'Colombian Spanish' covers a wide range.
Grammar and register
Ustedes for both formal and informal. 'Usted' often used between friends and even family — a distinctive formality even in close relationships. Voseo exists in some regions (Antioquia, Valle) alongside tuteo.
Distinctive words

“Qué más, parce.”

“Esta noche hay rumba.”

“Ahorita salgo.”
Context
Colombian Spanish is the default for many international Spanish-language call centers and dubs precisely because of its perceived neutrality. The 'clear Spanish' reputation belongs mostly to the highland Andean variants (Bogotá, Medellín). Colombia is now the fifth-largest Spanish-speaking country and has produced a disproportionate share of contemporary Latin American literature.
